I have been told that to build traffic to a site one should submit to directories. What are some of the directories that will do the best job?

First I run a number of directories like the one at this site Directory and coolfetch.com reallylinked.com shutupitsfree.com autosix.com and egoads.com Your site is already listed at a couple of those but i don't remember off the top of my head which ones. and don't submit to the directory at this site i will add it later. But for a good list of about 800 directories I well actually my daughter uses this site www.addurl.nu/
